Gong in the Spring Equinox

Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a gong meditation. Let the sounds of the gong clear the winter blahs and raise your vibration to a new level for spring. Three gongs will combine to help break up stagnation in your body, aura and chakras and clear it out. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Bring blankets, mats and covers to be comfortable. Chairs are also available.

Cost is $15. RSVP appreciated but not required.
